Extra-Virgin Olive Oil IGP

Our passion for genuineness gives rise to the desire to produce oil using natural techniques, with the aim of obtaining a high-quality product.
Our PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by processing Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio olives in our own crusher.

The olives are harvested by hand from October to November, following the traditions of the past. The oil is extracted between 24 and 36 hours from harvesting.

The timely harvest, the speed in crushing the olives, and the features of the area give the oil a balanced taste and overall harmony: gold-yellow with greenish hues, rich in polyphenols, low acidity, with a light, fruity herbaceous flavor, lightly bitter and slightly spicy.
